Each class will go over journals for the previous week and share any successes or challenges with the group. We will also be covering a new topic and learning a new tip for holistic living. Here are the topics for the first six meetings beginning Monday, June 12th at 6pm-7pm.
Week 1: Simple strength moves that you can do using resistance bands.
Week 2: Intro to new food pyramid and tips on how to incorporate more healthy foods into your diet.
Week 3: Simple cardio moves and tips to burn more calories walking.
Week 4: Healthy shopping lists for stocking your kitchen for the work week.
Week 5: Simple core work to help lower back pain.
Week 6: Simple ways to detox naturally.
