What do I need to Bring?

​Are you new to yoga or want to try? Most of us are afraid to try yoga because we feel unsure of ourselves or what to expect from a class. This session involves one on one coaching to help you transform your yoga fears into confidence. We will cover the basics of yoga, proper studio etiquette, introduction to props and modifications, breathing techniques and we will help you start on your yoga journey.
