It is time for a change with YogaFlow classes. I am now offering all of the pre-recorded classes (40) for one small fee that allows you to watch the classes now or 6 months from now. I want everyone to enjoy these videos so pay what you can - choose between $5 - $20. You can pay through PayPal or Venmo.
This allows you to watch, watch again and download videos anytime and anywhere. There is no monthly subscription, simply click on the payment option below, and you will receive the channel link by email. Once you receive the link, you will have access to all videos!
